How the Organized Life Works
There's no magic solution to help you get and stay organized. For any organizing system to work, it needs to be one you enjoy, can live with, and want to continue using. From there, I work with you to create a customized plan to get your space--from a closet to a suitcase to a home office--de-cluttered, well organized, and, most importantly, usable and enjoyable. For distance consultations, I work with photographs of your space and interviews with you to create a list of recommendations and an organization action plan. My Services I also offer shopping and donation drop-off services to help you outfit your space with effective, efficient organizing tools and supplies, and to make sure the things you're letting go of can be put to good use by others. In addition to my direct work with clients, I enjoy giving classes and presentations and working with larger groups. My upcoming speaking engagements are listed at the bottom of this page. I'm happy work with you to customize a presentation for your group, workplace, or association. Recent Projects How I Charge Gift certificates are available; call (415) 252-9779 or e-mail info@organizedlife.org for more information. Classes We're now also offering Paper Management: The Essentials, a class designed for Professional Organizers who want to offer paper management to their menu of client services. That's why the first thing I do is visit you in the space you want to organize for an in-depth needs assessment so I can learn more about your organizing goals, challenges, frustrations, and style.
In addition to meeting with you to create a customized organizing plan, I will work with you from start to finish to implement that system and teach you new organizing habits that will work for you. After our project is done, I'll leave you with maintenance tips and tricks that will help you keep your organizing system running smoothly; you can also choose to schedule follow-up visits.
Here are a few of the projects I've worked on recently:
I offer a comprehensive organizing needs assessment at a reasonable project-based rate, as well as competitively priced hourly service. Per-project fees are also available for distance or off-site consultations and for large projects. For more information on my fees, e-mail me at info@organizedlife.org, or fill out a form on the page.
